What is the working principle of the mobile stacker-reclaimer?
(1) Material retrieving process: When retrieving materials, the bucket wheel rotates to continuously retrieve materials. Through the rotation and pitching of the arm, the materials are unloaded onto the belt conveyor running in the reverse direction, and then unloaded to the belt conveyor in the material yard through the funnel below the center of the machine for transportation.
(2) Stacking process: The bulk materials transported by the belt conveyor are unloaded to the belt conveyor on the boom through the tail car, and then thrown from the front end of the boom to the material yard. Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the boom, the material pile can be formed into a neat trapezoidal cross-section.
(3) Position detection and collision avoidance: The position and posture of the stacker and reclaimer are detected in real time by using the GNSS precise position detection system. The system includes a base station and a mobile station. The base station provides differential data. The mobile station is installed on the stacker and reclaimer. It receives differential data and performs differential calculation with its own positioning data to obtain centimeter-level positioning accuracy. At the same time, the safe distance is calculated by monitoring and comparing the positions of adjacent stackers and reclaimers. When the distance is less than the safe distance or the rotation and pitch angles exceed the safe angles, the system will automatically issue an alarm message and a shutdown signal to prevent accidents.
